Live Transcripts
The following transcripts were some of our first recorded sessions (literally, with a cassette tape recorder). Within the dialogue, itself, we’ve employed the use of parenthetical “( )” and square “[ ]” brackets, the former to explain things that I notice happening in the travel, her many and varied hand gestures or facial expressions, and the latter inserted where Bonny attempts to describe some of what is going on in her own mind at the time, her feelings and emotions. We make use of ellipses “. . . “ to indicate time passage, where she may not be saying anything for an extended length of time.
Topics for our traveling sessions have always been selected based solely upon my impulses at the moment; I have never confided with Bonny beforehand and I never know exactly where and to what timeframe I’m sending her sometimes until the very moment that I do. This gave me, at the time, and should give to you, the reader, the added confidence that she hasn’t prepped for a session by reading up on the subject—yet another method of validation, for some, I hope.
Each idea for a session comes from a list of potential events, people, and phenomena that I have kept in a personal notebook over the normal course of my lifetime; as I read, see, or hear of things that seem mysterious or unsolvable, I jot it down and add it to my list with the hope and anticipation that somehow, someday, I would uncover the true facts behind each. This desire has now all but been fulfilled, incomplete only because the list continues to grow, day by day, with literally no end in sight.
The first of the following transcripts was one that we verified almost immediately on, of all places, the Internet, a most useful tool, we have found, of our modern age. This is not to say that anything can or should be trusted or believed that exists on the “Information Superhighway,” but I was stunned and completely satisfied by what it provided that we could have discovered in no other practical way, without going there in person—a definite cost advantage to us. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
